Riverside Industries, Inc. is seeking a PART TIME ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK (20 FLEXIBLE HOURS/WEEK) to join our team and support our mission of empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live rich and full lives! The PART TIME ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK will perform clerical operations as a member of the Finance Team, including invoicing and account reconciliation.

• Invoicing for all A/R
• Cash application for all A/R
• Account reconciliation
• Partner with Director of Finance to manage client contract billing

Schedule:

Monday – Friday – in-office flex schedule

Salary: $20-$22/hour to start

• Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong working knowledge of Commonwealth of Massachusetts billing system and procedures
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking as well as problem solving skills are a must, as is a high degree of accuracy
