As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, collaborating with faculty, staff, and students to promote intellectual curiosity and leadership. Tasks
  • Manage and organize the daily schedule and calendar for school executives, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are prioritized and coordinated efficiently.
  • Handle communication and correspondence by drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails, letters, and phone calls on behalf of school executives, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist in planning and executing school events and functions, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as requested by school executives, ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining organized records and files, managing travel arrangements, and performing other clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the school's administration.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in office software and technology tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
