Systems Engineer, Electronics Engineer
The Systems R&D team in the Aerospace, Defense and Government (ADG) Business Unit focuses on the design and development of components and systems in key application areas, including the testing of Electromechanical Systems used in mission critical applications.
The Mixed Signal Hardware Engineer will design and build mixed signal circuit cards which are used to interface to the customers device under test. These circuit cards include both digital and analog circuits used to provide switching, loads and signal conditioning in a test system. The Staff Hardware Engineer will be directly responsible for product design and validation along with reviewing designs of other engineers.
KeyQualifications
- Passionate in continuous learning and working with analog, digital, & other computer technologies
- Board level digital circuit design expertise
- Proficient in signal integrity analysis and measurement techniques
- Experience defining routing constraints for high-speed interfaces
- Experience in circuit design with CPU/SoC/Micro-controller
- Experience with engineering design tools and schematic design
- Proficiency with standard hardware lab equipment including scopes, logic analyzers, signal generators and power supplies.
- Test automation expertise with scripting/programming language
- HDL experience
- Developing hardware features based on requirements
- Technology research, circuit design, schematics capture, layout review and simulation
- FPGA and CPLD development
- Products bring-up, test and debugging
- Signal integrity analysis
- Debugging and resolving system level issues

For This Role, You Will Need:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required
- Minimum 2 years of digital hardware design experience (board level design or VHDL/System Verilog)
