Job Details

Lathrop Community Health Services Department is seeking a 24‑hour‑per‑week, part‑time Registered Nurse available on weekdays and every other weekend to join our friendly team dedicated to enhancing the experience of aging residents.

• Delivering safe and comprehensive resident care (utilizing assessment, evaluation, planning and implementation)
• Demonstrating clinical judgment and decision making for the aging population
• Promoting ongoing health and wellness programs to residents
• Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations
• Developing and implementing resident plans of care
• Coordination of resident services
• Working collaboratively with outside agencies to facilitate care and services

• Current professional licensure in MA – Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• 3–5 years experience focusing on older adults in a homecare, ambulatory care, or Assisted Living setting
• Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or within a team
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email)
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check (CORI) and pre‑employment health requirements
