NCYF is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor based in our Easthampton office to support the implementation of a licensed clinician’s treatment plan and to assist youth in achieving the goals of the treatment plan. Responsibilities include providing coaching and support for assigned clients, accompanying the youth’s family to meetings on behavioral health treatment needs, engaging with clients in the home and in community activities, working one on one with youth and monitoring progress on the attainment of treatment plan goals and objectives, and face‑to‑face and phone care coordination with collateral providers.
Qualifications- High School Diploma and a minimum of two years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Approved CORI, DCF and driving background checks.
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle for driving clients

It is NCYF's policy for our Therapeutic Mentors to have at minimum:
Optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Damage to Someone Else's Property (part
4) limits of at least $100,000 on the personal vehicle(s) used to transport clients. Proof of said coverage must be provided to NCYF prior to beginning employment
