Overview
The City of Easthampton is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated professional for the position of Wastewater System Supervisor. This position is responsible for the overall supervision, operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of the City’s municipal wastewater treatment and collection systems.
ResponsibilitiesWorking under the general direction of the Director of Public Works, the Wastewater System Supervisor oversees daily plant operations, manages division personnel, coordinates infrastructure and capital improvement projects, and ensures the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operation of wastewater treatment facilities and pump stations.
QualificationsThe Wastewater System Supervisor must possess strong leadership, technical, and problem‑solving skills, along with a thorough understanding of wastewater treatment operations, regulatory requirements, and public infrastructure management.
