Production Worker

We are currently hiring general production workers for our overnight shift. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about working in a manufacturing environment and eager to enhance their skills. Assigned trainers will guide you through the different processes of our manufacturing operations, ensuring you learn effectively.

• Conduct consistent inspections throughout the day.
• Enter data into a computer system.
• Ensure the production line runs smoothly.
• Partner with a Technician for line setup and product changeovers.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization.
• Assist colleagues during break times.

• Ability to complete a ruler test.
• Skills in assembly, machine operation, and inspection.

Work in a well-lit, clean, and organized environment. The overnight shift runs from 7:00pm to 7:00am with a rotating schedule of two days on and two days off. Employees work between 36 and 48 hours per week. The 12-hour shift includes two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easthampton, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
