We’re an experienced agency with multiple locations which provide foster care services, in‑home therapy, outpatient therapy, treatment residences, and therapeutic day programs.

We have a full‑time opening for a Foster Care Case Manager for our Easthampton area office to provide intensive case management to youths. Some duties include communication and relationship building with client and all collateral partners connected with each client (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc.), setting limits for youth, developing interventions, and setting goals toward individual successes in conjunction with client’s guardians, therapist and other providers.

Must participate in on‑call services as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in the human service or behavioral science field
• LSW, LSWA, or license‑eligible
• Familiarity with trauma‑informed care
• Approved CORI & DCF background checks (preformed by the EEC)
• Approved driving background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Auto Insurance: NCYF’s policy for Foster Care Case Managers requires at minimum Optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Damage to Someone Else’s Property (part
  4) limits of at least $100,000 on the personal vehicle(s) used to transport clients. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to beginning employment.
