Foster Care Case Manager, Easthampton

Overview

We are hiring a Foster Care Case Manager for our Easthampton office. In this role you will provide intensive case management to youths, building relationships with clients, schools, therapists, agencies, foster homes, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include setting limits for youth, developing interventions, setting goals with guardians and providers, and coordinating support. Participation in on-call services may be required.

• Bachelor's Degree in human services or behavioral science.
• Licensed social worker (LSW, LSWA) or license‑eligible.
• Familiarity with trauma‑informed care.
• Approved CORI & DCF background checks (pre‑performed by the EEC).
• Approved driving background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance as specified (Optional Bodily Injury to Others coverage limits and Damage to Property limits).

• Work with a diverse and passionate team.
• Make a meaningful impact on children and families.
• Help ensure that foster homes meet quality standards.
• Assist in opening new homes for DCF and DYS‑involved children.
• Provide weekly supervision to case managers and resource specialists.
