NORTHEAST CENTER FOR YOUTH AND FAMILIES INC. is seeking Relief Therapeutic Counselors for their Therapeutic Day Programs for at-risk youth located in Springfield, Westfield, and Easthampton. The role involves supporting the emotional development of youth through therapeutic activities and community trips.
Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, experience with at-risk youth, and must be prepared to work some evening shifts. A high school diploma is required, with preference given to those holding an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
