Northeast Center for Youth and Families Inc. is seeking engaging and enthusiastic individuals for Relief Therapeutic Counselor positions in our Therapeutic Day Programs for at-risk youth. Locations include Springfield, Westfield, and Easthampton. Counselors assist with daily program organization, lead therapeutic activities, and work with youth to develop emotional strengths and life skills.
A high school diploma is required, and a degree is preferred. Candidates must be at least 21 years, have a valid driving license, and pass a background check. Evening hours may be required.
