Job Title: Credit and Collections Lead
Location: Eastlake, OH – On-Site (Monday–Friday)
Salary: Up to $65,000, depending on experience

Position Overview
The Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing customer credit accounts, monitoring payment activity, managing collections, and minimizing credit risk. This role partners closely with accounting and leadership to maintain healthy cash flow while building positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities (Credit and Collections Lead):
- Review and manage customer credit accounts and payment activity
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Resolve customer account discrepancies and billing issues
- Evaluate credit risk and recommend appropriate credit limits
- Maintain accurate account documentation and customer records
- Partner with accounting to support cash flow and month-end reporting
- Prepare aging and collections reports for leadership
Qualifications (Credit and Collections Lead):
- Previous experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no college degree necessary
