- Develop curriculum aligned to workforce needs, state standards, and student interests
- Build and maintain strong industry partnerships
- Establish and facilitate a Program Advisory Committee
- Work closely with school and district staff to ensure a high‑quality, future‑ready program

- Carpentry and Masonry Technical Skills (Subject Code: 178001)
- Structural Coverings and Finishes (Subject Code: 178004)
- Structural Systems (Subject Code: 178003)
- Minimum of 5 years of documented, relevant industry experience (CTE requirement)
- Appropriate teaching license or the ability to obtain one through the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce Development
