IT Support Analyst that has experience deploying phones

Our client on the east side of Cleveland is looking for an IT Support Analyst that has experience deploying phones. This is a position working on site 5 days a week.

This is a contract position through the end of the year, with a possibility for it to extend longer.

The Contractor will work on a project to deploy Teams telephones throughout our client's North America sites.

• Duties will involve:
• Managing inventory of phones as they come into Wickliffe and assure, they have the number needed to implement upcoming sites.
• Configure individual phones for deployment to various sites across the country
• Ensure the phones shipped to the sites in time for the site go-live event
• Be part of the team that physically deploys the phones to other Northeast Ohio locations when their go-live dates occur.
• Qualifications:
• General experiencing provisioning computers a must, experience configuring Teams enabled phones a huge plus
• Well organized in regard to both time and inventory management
• Able to follow written instructions
• Track record of meeting deadlines
• Experience with ticketing tools to receive and track work, Service Now experience a definite plus
