Manufacturing Engineer

TRIBUS is seeking an Onsite Manufacturing Engineer to bring manufacturing-style rigor to our real estate technology platforms. You'll design and optimize repeatable processes for software deployment, integrations, and quality control, working closely with a small, expert engineering team. In this role, you'll standardize pipelines, monitor performance, and automate workflows that power brokerage websites, CRM, and data tools used nationwide. This is an on-site position partnering directly with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and continuously improving technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing-style processes for software deployment, QA, and release management across TRIBUS platforms.
• Standardize build, test, and release pipelines to improve reliability, throughput, and quality of product delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and client success teams to translate business requirements into scalable, repeatable operational workflows.
• Monitor system performance and deployment metrics, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document processes, best practices, and runbooks to ensure consistent execution and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Support incident response and root-cause analysis, implementing preventive measures in the deployment and operations pipeline.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts and tooling to reduce errors and cycle time.
• Ensure integrations with external real estate systems follow consistent patterns and meet performance and reliability targets.
