Job Title: Print Shop Production Worker (Entry Level)
Location: Eastlake
Pay:$16.00/hour (with print shop experience)
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Position Summary: We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Print Shop Production Workers to join our fast-paced print shop team. This is a hands‑on role involving the operation of printing and finishing equipment, with opportunities to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Operate various print shop equipment including inkjet printers, inserters, bindery, cutters, and sorters
- Maintain high quality standards while following detailed production procedures
- Prepare printed materials for postal delivery
- Ensure production goals are met in a fast‑paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Operate a tow motor (preferred but not required)
- Must be detail‑oriented, quick on your feet, and able to work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Previous print shop or production experience is a plus
- Hands‑on training provided
- Team‑oriented environment
