Third Shift 10pm - 6am: (Train on 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 6am - 2pm)
Job DescriptionResponsible for running CMM inspection on all routed patterns, maintaining logs, and notifying supervision of issues. Also responsible for running core scan inspections.
Responsibilities- Follows the customer work instructions to properly run CMM programs on incoming patterns
- Follows the customer work instructions to properly run core scan programs
- Fully understand and carry out all procedures in the case of inspection failure as listed in department work instruction
- Will perform minor de-flashing as necessary to ensure patterns can properly run
- Label all non-serialized inspected patterns to ensure data traceability
- Will accurately monitor inspection results to maintain product flow and identify issues
- Perform additional higher-level tasks as necessary (running alignments, calibrations, etc.)
- Will meet the designated rates for production and accurately fill production time sheets
- Follow all safety and 6‑S guidelines for the area
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to carefully work with delicate equipment
- Must possess or be trained in basic computer skills
- Physical ability to carry and move various tools up to 35 pounds
- An understanding of the English language is necessary
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervision and engineering as necessary
