1st Shift: $17.50/hr | 3rd Shift: $19.10/hr Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Shift Options

1st Shift

Monday – Thursday
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
$17.50 per hour

3rd Shift

Sunday 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Monday – Thursday 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
$19.10 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Trim excess material from molded products using hand tools such as trimmers and routers
Inspect and finish large plastic products including drums, pallets, lids, and related components
Measure finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Install gaskets and perform final assembly tasks
Move completed products within the production area
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Physical Requirements

Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Work in a warm manufacturing environment
Strong hand and grip strength required
Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience required
Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to work required overtime
Steel‑toe boots required
Reliable transportation and attendance
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
