Shop Supervisor​/Welder Fabricator in Eastlake

Responsibilities

• Manage work flow for multiple employees
• Quality check jobs after completion.
  
  - grind and clean
• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Be able to work with CAD programs
• Ability to handle physical workload

We are seeking a Shop Supervisor who can manage multiple projects being fabricated in the shop. The candidate must have welding experience with steel and aluminum, experience managing multiple employees and be able to read blueprints. The candidate will be given a print of railing and have to manage the project from start to finish.
