We are seeking a dependable Rotational Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating rotational molding equipment, monitoring production quality, and ensuring products meet company standards.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor rotational molding machines
- Load materials and remove finished products from molds
- Inspect parts for quality and defects
- Trim, clean, and prepare finished products as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
