TRIBUS, a real estate technology innovator, is hiring a CNC Lathe Setup Operator to support precision manufacturing for our hardware and related fixtures. In this on-site role, you'll set up and operate CNC lathes, interpret prints and programs, and hold tight tolerances to ensure reliable components for our tech platforms. You'll inspect parts using precision tools, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot issues to maintain quality and uptime.

Collaborate with engineers on continuous improvement while working in a safety-focused, fast-paced production environment.
