**** As our Seamer Field Service Manager**– you will report to the Director of Service Operations.
** On a given day, you may:
*** Leads, Schedules, and Coordinates activities of Field Service Technicians engaged in the installation, repair, and servicing of equipment and machinery in field installations.
* Guides new and existing team members on effective techniques and tools.
* Perform machine audits, repairs, and preventative scheduled maintenance on seamers. Install, commission, and set up new seamers in customer facilities.
* Complete skill level assessment for Technicians.
* Coach, train, and mentor service team members. Including the completing of annual performance reviews.
* Leads and assists in hiring/onboarding new Seamer Field Service Technicians.
* Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts and reassemble machines.
* Perform all duties in accordance with safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safety-focused work mentality.
* Troubleshoot and repair machinery mechanically (hydraulic/pneumatic) and electronically.
* Identify and articulate root cause problem statements while troubleshooting.
* Complete service reports timely.
* Follow good assembly practices while performing job duties.
* Review and approve service reports and recommended parts requirements for customer requests and service.
* Communicate with Customers on Service requests, issues, and Technician interactions.
** Requirements for the role:
*** 15+ years in seamer technical support.
* Experience in rebuild and installation of machinery.
* Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
* Experience serving customers and working as a team to achieve success.
* High level of dedication to safety and quality.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
* Passion to deliver results on our customers’ needs.
* Ability to conduct seam specification checks and set-up machine to specification settings utilizing standard seamer tools.
* Ability to adhere to all Bevcorp culture and values: safety, urgency, teamwork, can do attitude, integrity, and community.
* Ability to travel outside of the US.
* Ability to lift, carry, move, etc. up to 50 pounds.
