• Assist experienced plumbers with troubleshooting, installation, and repairs in residential and multifamily properties
• Learn to maintain plumbing systems and prevent costly issues
• Help with water lines, drainage systems, and fixture installations
• Respond to urgent plumbing calls with guidance from senior technicians
• Follow all safety standards and local codes

• 0–2 years of plumbing experience (apprenticeship or training program preferred)
• Eagerness to learn and develop professional plumbing skills
• Strong work ethic and problem‑solving mindset
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and punctual
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

• Enrollment in or completion of a plumbing trade program
• Basic understanding of plumbing tools and systems
• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in a maintenance trade

• Struggle with consistent attendance or punctuality
• Are unwilling to follow directions or safety procedures
• Prefer working alone instead of learning within a team environment
