Want to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career? Smartland is hiring a Plumber Apprentice to train alongside experienced professionals across our residential portfolio.
If you’re dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
Schedule- Part-time, Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- $21/hour starting pay
- Medical, dental, vision
- PTO + paid holidays
- Paid, hands‑on training
- Clear path to Plumber and advanced roles
- Stable work with growth potential
- Assist licensed plumbers with repairs and installations
- Learn plumbing systems in homes and apartment communities
- Help with water lines, drains, and fixture installs
- Support emergency service calls
- Follow safety standards and local codes
- No experience required — training provided
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
