S Team Maintenance Supervisor

• Lead and schedule a team of 2–3 Maintenance Technicians
• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnovers
• Manage work involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
• Use mobile software to track work orders and progress
• Rotate on-call duties and handle emergency maintenance as needed

• 3+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience (residential or multifamily preferred)
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and basic tools
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in elevated or confined spaces

• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
• Experience training or mentoring technicians
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with property management or maintenance software

• Struggle to manage multiple priorities or meet deadlines
• Prefer working alone and avoid leading others
• Overlook details or cut corners on safety and quality
• Have poor communication or follow‑through with your team
• Are uncomfortable being on call or handling urgent situations
