Field-based role - UK-wide travel required

A leading specialist in air handling units (AHUs), HVAC energy upgrades and heat exchanger solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to join their field service team. Our client delivers turnkey HVAC projects across commercial and industrial sites throughout the UK, focusing on AHU refurbishments, EC fan retrofits, coil replacements and controls upgrades.
Key responsibilities
Service, maintain, fault-find and repair AHUs and associated HVAC systems on customer sites UK-wide.
Carry out planned maintenance, energy efficiency upgrades including EC fan retrofits, coil changes and controls modifications.
Support installation, commissioning and site surveys for new/refurbished AHU projects.
Ensure full compliance with RAMS, site safety protocols and industry standards.
Provide technical feedback and reports to support ongoing client projects.
The ideal candidate
Proven hands-on experience servicing AHUs, ventilation systems or commercial HVAC plant.
Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills for on-site fault-finding and repairs.
Full clean UK driving licence (essential).
Willing and able to travel to sites across the UK, including occasional overnights.
ECS, CSCS, F-Gas or similar certifications advantageous.
Professional attitude with excellent client-facing skills.
