Your new role

Do you take pride in delivering great workmanship and even better customer service? We're looking for a skilled Decorator to join our Healthy Homes team, helping us ensure every customer has a safe, warm and comfortable home. You'll be covering the South East area - Bracknell, Windsor, Slough, Ascot and the surrounding areas.

As part of our Healthy Homes team, you'll play a vital role in tackling damp and mould issues across our homes. From carrying out mould treatments and ventilation surveys to completing high-quality redecoration work, you'll make a real difference to our customers every day.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to sub-standard housing. Our Healthy Homes team leads the way in creating healthier living environments, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for putting customers first.

What you'll be doing

* Carrying out mould treatments, ventilation surveys and associated decorating works.

* Delivering a high-quality, right-first-time service in customers' homes.

* Keeping customers informed throughout the work and providing an excellent customer experience.

* Managing materials effectively and working efficiently to complete jobs safely, on time and to a high standard.

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and improve our homes.

What we're looking for

You'll be a positive, reliable and customer-focused individual who takes pride in their work. You'll enjoy building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and you'll always look for ways to deliver the best possible service.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll also take part in our out-of-hours call-out rota.
