Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Eastman, GA

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time (3.5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
• Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes:
  Eastman, Abbeville, and Lumber City, Georgia

• Estimated compensation range for 3.5 days per week is $97,176 - $115-011 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

• Active, unrestricted GA state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
• Active DEA or willingness to obtain
• 6 months experience preferred as a PMHNP or Psych PA
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
