We are a growing group of locally owned businesses seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Administrative Manager to support the day-to-day administrative operations across multiple companies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating organization, improving processes, and ensuring that behind-the-scenes operations run efficiently. You'll work closely with ownership and serve as a key resource in keeping several businesses operating smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable, including reviewing and paying vendor invoices.
  • Prepare and process payroll while maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, personnel files, and general HR administration.
  • Coordinate business licenses, permits, insurance renewals, and other compliance requirements.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping.
  • Communicate with vendors, service providers, and business partners.
  • Support multiple businesses with a variety of administrative and operational projects.
  • Develop and improve office procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to ownership as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office management, business administration, bookkeeping, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across several businesses.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Quick Books is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
