Wraparound Maryland, Inc. is seeking a PRP Coach for a full-time, field-based role with travel across Dorchester, Talbot, Queen Anne's, Caroline and Kent counties. You will mentor adults and/or youth to develop life skills for independent living and recovery, working 1-on-1 in the community.
You will conduct IRP planning, support community access, and document sessions with attention to Medicaid standards, while maintaining a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement for travel.
