School Counselor

Help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally during the  school year! Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate School Counselor to support student success in Easton, MD, while guiding students toward their educational and career goals.

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, social, emotional, and career development.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop student support plans.
• Support students through academic planning, school transitions, career exploration, and post-secondary readiness.
• Maintain student records, interpret assessment data, and participate in student support meetings.

• Master's Degree in School Counseling or a related field
• Valid Maryland School Counselor Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

• Competitive Pay:
  Earn $43.00 - $49.20per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a School Counselor, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
