, to support elementary students with diverse learning needs and help them build confidence, independence, and academic success.
- Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to elementary students with diverse learning and developmental needs, including autism, learning disabilities, OHI, and language impairments.
- Deliver services primarily within the general education setting while collaborating with classroom teachers to promote student access, engagement, and academic progress.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and instructional strategies based on individual student needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student growth, inclusion, and successful educational outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Maryland Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience supporting elementary students with autism, learning disabilities, OHI, and/or language impairments preferred
- Competitive Pay:
Earn $46.10 - $52.30per hour
