- Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) to provide management with a clear understanding of the company's financial health. Work with Company’s outside accountant as necessary.
- Daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Work with our Financial Institute, Software provider and other key IT providers to ensure accurate and secure data.
- Supervise and manage the office staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Work with other departments, such as sales, operations, and delivery, to support business initiatives and provide financial guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software – Quick Books and Sage Accounting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Experience in Beverage Industry a plus.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and unwavering commitment to Kelly Distributors mission; a proactive, hands-on person who will own the responsibility of the accounting and finance.
