Financial Advisor (Easton Territory) – Easton, MD
Launch your advisory career with M&T Bank. We’re seeking a licensed banker or early‑career advisor to grow within the Easton market—partnering with a top‑producing Senior Advisor while building your own book through a strong referral network.
What You’ll Do- Build client relationships through referrals and branch partnerships
- Deliver investment and insurance solutions
- Support portfolio reviews and client lifecycle management
- Partner across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth teams
- Banking, sales, or client‑facing experience (licensed preferred)
- Strong relationship‑building skills and growth mindset
- Series 7, 63, and 65/66 Life/Variable Insurance
- Combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ investment or insurance sales experience
- FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses
- Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses
- Hands‑on mentorship from a senior producer
- Established referral network
- Clear path to grow your own practice
- Commission‑based pay, with an advanced draw
