Certified Nursing Assistant

Wellpath -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed nurse, including assistance with ADLs, vital sign measurement, and accurate documentation of patient data.;
Maintains professional behavior and prioritizes work flow to ensure completion of all assigned duties, while adhering to policies and procedures and promoting patient safety and confidentiality.;
Collaborates with other members of the health care team, participates in staff meetings and training sessions, and notifies the licensed nurse of any patient concerns or issues.;
Demonstrates basic knowledge of nursing procedures and proficiently uses medical supplies and equipment, while also ensuring their proper storage and cleaning.;
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse, such as assisting with patient care in different units and participating in the orientation of new staff members.
