• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W‑2 base pay range of $60/hour to $75/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour) PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company‑funded 401k

Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services. Outpatient services include rehabilitation, obstetrical/gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.

• Staffing Model:
  • 16‑20 per Physician – 84 hours of Physician coverage daily
  • 12‑14 per APP – 36 hours of APP coverage daily
• EMR:
  Epic
• 14 Physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team
• Dedicated nocturnist
• Intensivists onsite until ~5 pm, then on call
• Procedures not required
• Open ICU
