Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care.
The role requires rotation between night and evening shifts.
The primary need at this time is for night shift nursing.
Hours worked will be a combination of 3x12 or 4x12 shifts.
Every other weekend availability is mandatory.
Scheduled holidays will also be required.
Candidates will float within the emergency department specialty as needed.
Patient care encompasses all age ranges, from infants to geriatric patients.
The emergency department is a fast-paced environment with a variety of complex diagnoses.
Nurses should be skilled in managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction.
Essential skills include obtaining 12 lead EKGs, starting IVs, and managing emergency medications.
Experience managing respiratory conditions, performing intubations, and caring for ventilated patients is crucial.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in trauma response and psychiatric care.
Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling and patient assignments are vital for success in this role.
