We're looking for a technically oriented professional for an on-site position with one of our healthcare clients. This person will be the first point of contact for end-user technical issues and EHR-related issues. This team member will be responsible for interfacing with the EHR vendor(s) and assisting in solving day-to-day challenges that arise, as well as coordinating system upgrades, changes, and configurations.
As the on-site technical liaison, this member will also be responsible for triaging technical issues and working with Tier 2/Tier 3 engineers to quickly resolve items in a professional and friendly manner. Responsibilities:
• Work directly with clinical team members to track, troubleshoot, and resolve various EHR and System Interface challenges, engaging vendor support when necessary.
• Resolve Tier 1 technical challenges and work directly with Tier 2/Tier 3 engineers to resolve larger technical issues.
• Coordinate upgrades and changes with various EHR and Health System vendors, and reduce system downtime.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor.
• Reasonably strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to work under pressure. Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly

Compensation:
$50,000-$80,000 per year
