Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading and developing the maintenance team, ensuring safe and efficient facility operations. This role requires strong technical leadership and 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. $95,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

Easton, Maryland

• Support and lead maintenance team members while ensuring a safe work environment and full compliance with OSHA standards.
• Oversee preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders, approve timesheets, and encourage ongoing growth within the team.
• Enhance maintenance processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Assist with maintenance budget planning and sourcing to maintain availability and control costs.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations.

• Several years of maintenance experience with strong leadership skills successfully managing a team.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices, preventative maintenance, and Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Solid technical abilities – such as reading schematics and troubleshooting equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning or CMMS tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Four 10‑hour days, Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Occasional Fridays as needed.
