Manages the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function for the Easton site in accordance with ITW enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and business needs. Implements and administers EHS programs to ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety standards and support short- and long-term business objectives. Partners with leaders and employees to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, evaluates equipment, processes, and capital projects for EHS risks, and recommends appropriate controls.

Oversees regulatory reporting, environmental compliance, safety training, incident and risk-reduction activities, and interactions with external agencies. Collaborates with other site and Segment EHS leaders to support a consistent safety approach across the division.

• Partner with site leaders and supervisors on EHS matters, identifying priorities that support short- and long-term business goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and administer required OSHA programs, including Powered Industrial Truck, Fall Protection, LOTO, Machine Guarding, Haz Com, and other applicable programs.
