Job Description

Outpatient-based full-scope women's health role with responsibilities that include:

* Performing annual well-woman exams and routine screenings

* Managing contraceptive counseling and care

* Addressing common gynecologic concerns

* Providing patient education and preventive care

* Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in Epic EMR

* Collaborative, team-oriented clinic setting with access to specialty support and system-wide clinical resources

University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UMMS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no call requirements, perfect for those passionate about women's health and seeking work-life balance within a mission-driven, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required

* Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply

* Experience in women's health or primary care is preferred

* New graduates with a strong passion for women's health and patient advocacy will be considered

* Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required.

* Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.

* Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required.

* Experience preferred, not required.

* DEA and CDS eligible.

* Preferred experience in midwifery

* New graduates encouraged to apply

Additional Information

Compensation:

* Pay Range: $123,250 -$141,950 annual salary (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider).

* Overtime is earned for any work performed beyond 40 hours.
