Cath Lab RN – Days 4x10s (40H) with on-call

3 years experience required; will accept first-time travelers with proven background of 3 years in cardiac Cath lab.

Shift

Hours:

4x10 Days (07:00-17:30) with 1 scheduled late shift per week (10:00-20:30).

Must be within 30 minute arrival time from facility when scheduled an on-call shift. Scheduled on-call shifts run from 17:30-07:00 Monday-Friday and 07:00-07:00 (24hr) on the weekends/holidays; approximately 10-13 call shifts per month. Weekends required depending on needs of department/on-call schedule.

Licenses/Certs required: RN MD state license, BLS, ACLS, CPI (FREE on-site during orientation); NIH preferred.

Avg Daily Census: 7-14 cases.

Cath Lab Rooms: 2.

Patient Diagnoses:
Acute Coronary Syndrome, CHF, STEMI/NSTEMI, AFIB, Bradycardia.

Procedures:
Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Pacemaker, Loop monitors, TEE, Cardioversions.

Equipment:
Balloon Pump, IVUS.
