Job Overview

The Clinical Nurse, Interventional Radiology at Shore Regional Health provides safe, evidence-based, patient- and family-centered nursing care across Shore Regional Health inpatient and approved procedural, surgical, and ambulatory care settings. The role includes float coverage to the Memorial Hospital at Easton, Diagnostic Imaging Center in Easton, and Cambridge Imaging Center in Cambridge, MD.

Eight-hour shifts with on-call requirement. 0700 - 1730 or 0900 - 1930. This is a full-time position.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Float between the Easton Memorial Hospital, Diagnostic Imaging Center in Easton, and the Cambridge Imaging Center as required.

• Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse, preferably at Level II or equivalent.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range: $40.50-$56.99 per hour. Base rate plus any evening or night differentials will apply.
