Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Easton, MD. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, focusing on their medical needs and overall well-being.

• This is the dream position for the NP who loves geriatrics. You will practice autonomously to improve the health of an entire facility’s population and be an integrated cornerstone for the facility’s patients and staff. You will have the opportunity to lead programs to decrease hospitalizations and improve quality of life.

• Maryland Nurse Practitioner License.
