The Harris Teeter store in Easton, MD is seeking a Full Time Deli Bakery Management Assistant who will assist to manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department. You will support the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation, while upholding Harris Teeter's policies and standards.
You may perform bakery duties as needed and participate in training to help the team deliver outstanding customer service.
