Assistant Manager - Hop in Car Wash. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the car wash facility
  • Assist in supervising staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and adhere to safety protocols
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal operation
  • Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to staff
  • Help implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Support inventory management and cash handling procedures

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or automotive service industry preferred

  • Basic knowledge of operating cleaning and maintenance equipment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
