Spray Foam Technician

Position Overview:

Our Spray Foam Technician & Specialists support the common goal of Total Home Performance, which is to provide a healthier, safer, and a more comfortable environment for homeowners. In this position, our specialists use specialized equipment to install foam insulation in attics and crawl spaces and other areas as needed in both residential and commercial buildings. Duties include using a hose and compressor to spray approved insulation and address issues for homeowners that provide healthier and more effective insulation throughout the home and/or building.

Essential Functions:

The Spray Foam Technician is responsible for the timely and smooth application and coordination of installing spray foam insulation in buildings, homes, etc.

Install foam and blown-in insulation per specifications.

Ability to operate specialized equipment and other construction-related tools and equipment.

Keep a timely schedule and finish all projects efficiently.

Maintain all equipment and tools in good working condition.

Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces.

Provide all customers with excellent customer service.

Work safely and respectfully with the other team members.

Must be able to work overtime and out of town when the job requires.

Pride self on high quality installations and do the job right the first time.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when on job sites and customer sites.

Perform duties independently or as part of team.

Must be able meet the physicality demands of the role including wearing respirators and PPE, crawling, kneeling, crouching, lifting 50-75lbs, climbing ladders.

Must be able to tolerate various working conditions including high and low temperatures, dark or enclosed spaces, and wet and dry spaces.

Maintain a clean job site.

Is a team player.

Adhere to all safety protocols.

Provide other assistance and take on additional duties as needed.

Provide regular and reliable attendance.

Experience/

Education:

Spray foam experience preferred.

Experienced painters welcome!

Valid Driver’s License.

Current US Work Authorization.

Must be able to read and write English.

Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to retain training.

Resourceful.
