Complete assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC;
Support the preventative maintenance schedule;
General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance;
Maintain and inspect facility systems to ensure safety and reliability;
Assist with repairs and upgrades as needed
