Position: Library Aide - The Desk

Description Assist patrons at The Desk. Check out library materials; check in and re-shelve books, DVDs, and other library materials. Perform stack maintenance; shelf reading and inventory. Answer phone. Assist The Desk Staff in opening or closing the library.

Typical Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with peers and other patrons. Ability to learn and complete detailed routines. Reliability and punctuality are needed to maintain a weekly schedule.
