Job Description
Our award-winning salon in Easton is looking for a licensed stylist or assistant to join our team!

At our upscale salon, you will learn the technical art of hair styling along with how to build and retain the clients in your chair. We believe in growth and career advancement, and we offer in-house education and training. Part- to full-time positions are available. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends). In this position, you will build a clientele and eventually go on the floor as a stylist.

You could also be the owner's assistant.

Most of our stylists have been here for over 20 years! Our customers tip the assistants. Our talented stylists also appreciate assistants and take pride in answering their questions.

We are still growing and obtaining new customers. We are only hiring people that want a career and are dedicated to the craft, as we invest a lot of time with you.

Cosmetology students who are close to obtaining their license are also invited to apply for future employment.

• Assist stylists with hair styling techniques and procedures.
• Assist or apply color, toning, and washing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and addressing their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Uphold cosmetology and barbering standards in all services provided.
• Be an asset to the salon.
• Work with the manager and owner to build your clientele.
• Be able to fill in at a moment's notice or work later if there are a lot of walk-ins.
